Production Equipment and our Commitment to Quality

Our equipments are well maintained and all our production operators are trained to have working knowledge of the machinery enabling them to avoid mechanical problems before they start. We also follow a rigorous schedule of ongoing preventive maintenance procedures. Once again, these efforts help ensure that our customers will receive excellent quality cordage products on time.

We are currently operating 3 hard fiber preparation machines: two are manufactured by James Mackie and the other is manufactured by Watson. Both of these manufacturers are recognized as suppliers of high quality, reliable manila rope making machines.
